Madrone Hill Mobile Home Park has been owned by the same person for 26+ years.
Our on-site manager and maintenance personnel keep the operations running smoothly.
We offer reasonable space rent which includes water, garbage and sewer.
Our park serves residents who are 55 & Older and all units are owner occupied.
An added on-site amenity to residents are the use of the clubhouse and R.V. storage area (R.V. storage available for a low monthly fee).
Each spring we open the Community Garden for residents.
The streets in park have been recently sealed to keep the road ways smooth and operational.
We strive to keep the park safe, clean, private and quiet.
Near by is the Par Three Golf Course/Driving Range with clubhouse/grill (great burgers!)
